Privacy and consent
Nada Seva involves children and families, so privacy is treated with real care. This page explains exactly how recordings and personal details are handled.
Consent comes first
No recording is published until the student, or a parent or guardian for anyone under 18, has confirmed they are happy for it to be shared. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Names and details
Only a first name, initials or a nickname is shown. Full names, schools, locations, contact details and photographs are never published alongside a recording.
Ages
Where an age is helpful, a broad age group is shown rather than an exact age, and only when a family is happy for it to appear.
Downloads and sharing
Downloads are switched off for student recordings. Sharing links can be disabled for any individual recording on request.
Removal on request
A recording can be removed quickly, with no questions asked and no explanation needed. Just send a message and it will be taken down.
Contact details
Details sent through the enquiry or song request forms are used only to reply and to organise sessions. They are never sold, published or shared with anyone else.
A gentle spirit
Recordings are shared to encourage participation and celebrate effort. Nothing here is a competition, and no recording is ever ranked or compared.
